What is the Aloha Referral Program?

This program rewards you for promoting NCR Voyix restaurant solutions to new or existing restaurants looking to run their operations more efficiently. You can earn $1,000 when your referral chooses Aloha Essentials or $500 when they choose Aloha Cloud.

Who is eligible to refer restaurants?

You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States territory or District of Columbia, including Puerto Rico. NCR Voyix employees or employees of an NCR Voyix Reseller are not eligible to participate in this program. Additional eligibility requirements apply. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for the full list.

How does the Aloha Referral Program work?

Identify a new or existing restaurant interested in learning more about our comprehensive restaurant solutions. Submit your referral(s) through our dedicated submission form. Fill out all form fields and submit. The Hospitality team will be in touch to share next steps.

Who can be referred?

Restaurants (new or established), family, friends and acquaintances who own or are opening their own restaurant business.

What is the reward for a referral?

A referral can earn you $1,000 when your referral selects Aloha Essentials or $500 when they select Aloha Cloud as their NCR Voyix restaurant solution of choice. A reward payout is contingent on the close of an opportunity. The more locations a restaurant brand has that converts to an NCR Voyix POS solution from your one referral, the more you can earn.

How do I submit a referral?

How will I know if my referral has selected NCR Voyix?

Once your referral is submitted, we will send email notifications throughout each phase of the referral process to share the status of your referral(s).

How and when will I receive payment?

Once you are notified that your referral is a new NCR Voyix customer, you will receive a request to submit a completed and valid W-9. The name of the Rewards recipient must exactly match the name on the W-9 form.

How many referrals can I submit?

You may submit an unlimited number of referrals. If you refer a new customer with multiple locations, each location that independently meets the program requirements will count as a separate, rewardable referral. However, the maximum number of rewards you can earn for a single new customer with multiple locations is limited to ten.
